No Solicitors
(8/15/2007) The Arkansas Supreme Court has ruled that the Green River Ordinance (which allows cities to ban door-to-door sales) is un-Constitutional. They did, however, say that citizens may place signs on their property that read 'No solicitors' which will require that they stay away. If salesmen ignore the sign, call the police.
